How does Piguiay® Pro work?

Piguiay® Pro’s Hydro-Mineral Magnet Technology deactivates the ability of minerals in water to stain or scale before they enter the tank and bowl keeping it stain and scale-free permanently. Just drop the capsule in the tank of you’re done!

How long will Piguiay® Pro keep my toilet clean?

Piguiay® Pro (regular) will keep you toilet clean for 10 years and our Piguiay® Pro mini will keep your toilet clean for 3 years.

Does Piguiay® Pro work in septic tanks?

Yes, Piguiay® Pro can also be used to keep your septic tank clean.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, all orders ship for free shipping.

How quickly will my order ship?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days of the order being placed. Shipment will arrive in between 10-20 business days after the shipment date, depending on the availability of the carrier provider and location.  We do apologize that shipment delay may occur if the shipment requires Customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delay caused by carrier service.

What should I do if my item was damaged in transit?

In case of defect or breakage in transit, please email us at service@piguiayonline.com to ask for help. Piguiay® Pro will replace the item at no cost to you.

Can I return my order?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
